Rachel Felstein is a performer and educator who absolutely loves working with the littlest kids! Originally from New York City, Ms. Rachel has over ten years of experience teaching music and programming “caretaker and me” style classes. Mentored by a creator of the original Gymboree program, Ms. Rachel has seen countless times what a positive impact music education has on children and was inspired to share the gift of music and play through Babies & Bops. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in classical voice and opera from Mannes College The New School for Music and an MFA in classical acting from The Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Academy at George Washington University. Will Rothhaar
Teacher
Mr. Will has been a performer since he was in diapers. He has over 32 years of acting experience in theatre, film and television, debuting on stage with Ms. Rachel when they were just 4 years old!
Mr. Will attended Alexander Hamilton High School at the Hamilton Academy of Music where he studied piano and guitar. While at Hamilton, he performed in an Afro-Brasilian/Afro-Cuban percussion group called Alma Da Batucada, playing shows in night clubs around LA and events such as the African Marketplace and Sunset Junction street festival for over a decade. Mr. Will is also fluent in Spanish, and has extensive experience with small children. Mr. Will is thrilled to be a part of Babies & Bops and to be able to bring music and fun to your child’s life!

Teacher Tori
Founder / Teacher
Tori Boutin is a writer, performer, and educator who specializes in making art for young audiences. Tori’s critically-acclaimed young audience musicals Fantastagirl and the Math Monster and The Seaside Adventures of Zoey Brine explore musical worlds where play, laughter, and curiosity bring everyone together. After playing music for 24 years, Teacher Tori believes that everyone should sing as loud as possible, no matter what sounds come out. In addition to many other credits, Tori has performed with The Second City at The Kennedy Center, studied musical improv with Laura Hall (from Whose Line Is It Anyway?), and holds a Bachelors of Drama and History from The Catholic University of America.
